Early Childhood Educator

As an entry-level role, you'll support Lead Educators and Directors to provide supervision and care to a diverse range of babies, toddlers and young children. This job in Early Childhood Education can also be referred to as a Kindergarten or Childcare Assistant and common responsibilities include facilitating learning activities, supporting children’s wellbeing, supervising children during outdoor play and so much more.

Long Day Care Educator

Long day care is an education and care service that operates for extended hours, typically from early morning to late afternoon or evening, to accommodate the needs of working families. You’ll be implementing engaging activities, and keeping a safe and comfortable environment where children can thrive.

Lead Educator or Group Leader

This is a rewarding position and requires a Diploma-level qualification. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day activities and supervision of a group of children in the education and care environment. You’ll plan and implement learning programs and experiences that promote holistic development, as well as fostering great relationships with childrens’ primary caregivers.

Early Childhood Director

Also requiring a Diploma-level qualification, you’ll have a pivotal role in deciding how your Early Childhood service functions at its best. You'll oversee the planning and implementation of high-quality programs as well as managing crucial tasks in administration, compliance and team leadership.
