Foundation Education aims to provide high quality service at all levels of its operation and is committed to providing an effective, timely and fair withdrawal procedure for all students.
To withdraw from your course, you must advise our Student Services team in writing. Verbal withdrawal requests cannot be accepted under any circumstances and all teams will ask that you submit your request via email or post using the contact details below. If you are requesting a refund of your tuition fees, please refer to ‘Refund of Course Fees’ within the Terms and Conditions for specific details.
Standard withdrawal requests will be processed within five (5) days. Out-of-policy requests may require further investigation and you will be notified of the outcome within ten (10) business days. For further clarification on applicable timeframes, please see the following:
Withdrawal Requests within the cooling-off period – 5 Days
Withdrawal Requests outside the cooling-off period – 10 Business Days
Traineeship Requests to withdraw (Refer to Trainee Handbook) – 10 Business Days
Withdrawal prior to Smart and Skilled 'withdrawal with no penalty' cut-off date – 5 Days
Withdrawal post Smart and Skilled 'withdrawal with no penalty' cut-off date – 10 Business Days
Defer or transfer of Smart and Skilled study – 10 Business Days
