NSW Smart and Skilled

The Smart and Skilled funding framework is a NSW Government initiative designed with the purpose of reforming the NSW Vocational Education and Training (VET) System.

Foundation Education is an approved NSW Smart & Skilled Provider, delivery high quality support and subsidised training to eligible NSW students. Foundation Education is currently approved to deliver training under the Entitlement Apprenticeships and Traineeships Program (EA&T) and School Based Apprenticeships and Traineeships (SbAT) Programs.

Through this initiative, the NSW Government focus on strengthening the VET system to improve the quality of training, career outcomes and to ensure people in NSW obtain the necessary high-level skills required for the advancement of their careers.

Foundation Education is an approved NSW Smart & Skilled Provider, delivering high-quality support and subsidised training to eligible NSW students for the development of high-level knowledge, skills, and abilities. The qualifications and skill sets listed in this handbook are delivered through the NSW Government Smart & Skilled funding initiative for eligible students.
